As founder and owner of John M. Vail, CPA, P.C., he has grown the company to over 200 clients including: corporate, LLC, partnership, trust and individual clients.

John Vail graduated in 1981 from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and received a MBA in Taxation from St. Edward's University, Austin in 1988. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
